My daughter was needing a bridesmaid dress. We were cheerfully greeted as we entered the store, and Sydney showed us where to start, and she checked in with us frequently, always with a smile and fun sense of humor. Micaela helped us at the checkout, and she was so kind and made sure the dress was ordered correctly. Every associate we came into contact with was friendly! This store knows how to treat customers!

I had the best shopping experience at the Brookfield location with Katherine. She showed me a variety of dresses within my budget and she totally understood my style. I felt like I had a friend helping me shop! All staff members were great (especially Kristi the manager and Kayla in alterations) and they made the dress shopping experience fun- I never felt pressured or rushed. I looked at a few other stores for dresses, but nothing topped the customer service and quality of dresses as David's Bridal.
Delaney was the best stylist ever. She made us feel so comfortable and not rushed at all. She was wonderful to work with. Thanks to her my daughter has the perfect wedding dress for her wedding!! Thanks so much Delaney for your help. We will be back soon to buy the maid of honor and brides maids dresses!!
Fairview heights, Illinois was the location that I went to. Tina worked with me and I would rate her 20/10. Very easy to work with, very sweet, very communicative and gave me honest opinions. She even helped me buckle my shoes. Will definitely be going back. I had the best experience in any bridal shop I've ever been in here at this location.
