I had an AWESOME experience at DB! I went in for alterations on a dress I bought off Amazon for a Holiday party, and it needed a lot of work to fit right (seriously- the cups were by my neck). Mandi was incredible at being transparent about alterations prices in her assessment, and went above and beyond to help me find a our of shoes to borrow so the length would be correct. I called in yesterday with an online inventory question for a plus size dress. I ended up booking an appointment with Elise for today. Everyone was so nice. Elise was so attentive and very helpful. The sweet lady that was also helping us I forgot her bame but she was also very helpful and kind. Their team went above and beyond. I went in today not expecting to find my size. I had a very relaxing experience am 37 and this is my first time getting married, I was so nervous when I got there and was completely relaxed with in 15 mins of arriving!! Ana was amazing
