Everyone was friendly and didn't make this process complicated nor hurtful at all ! Loved it! My two daughters have gotten their braces with them and loved the experience as well !

Just for today I have never had an issue but I need to be heard My 16 year old daughter and I came to her ortho appointment we wanted star bucks no one was there I stood there for a few mins unnoticed I got the attention of the lady sitting right in front of me on the the counter she advised me she would be back soon to take my order more time goes by and nothing when a family walks to the counter then there was a sense of urgency and the front staff went to get the star bucks worker and takes their order.
