My experience was great. Lauren watkins explained everything to me just like the doctor said and the customer service was great.
Friendly environment and Mandy and Dr Goldberg were very helpful with the information of treatment.
Just for today I have never had an issue but I need to be heard My 16 year old daughter and I came to her ortho appointment we wanted star bucks no one was there I stood there for a few mins unnoticed I got the attention of the lady sitting right in front of me on the the counter she advised me she would be back soon to take my order more time goes by and nothing when a family walks to the counter then there was a sense of urgency and the front staff went to get the star bucks worker and takes their order. Lisa is so kind and attentive. She listened to all of our concerns, was supportive and comforting and very informative. The doctor was incredible as well. Lisa has been there since I was a patient and made us feel like family coming back home for second generation care. So pleased!!
