In 2015 contacted Dawson Roofing about a problem I had with my mother's roof. The previous roofing contractor had improperly installed a ridge vent and strong winds had lifted it up and then water drained through the nail holes and wind blew water under the ridge vent. We had water damage to ceiling and roof sheathing. Dawson Roofing worked with the Hazelwood City inspector and replaced the damaged sheathing and installed ice and water shield, new vent caps, flashing and new shingles. I called Dawson to check out my roof to see if it needs replacement and after he inspected the roof Dawson said I need a new roof and I asked him are you sure because I did not want to make a claim but he assure me that it needed and when making a claim and date with my insurance company. I called Dawson 3 times to be at my home to meet with the adjuster and he said he will be there and called his office and the person who answered said he will be there at the appointment time but never s... read more
