Had a tenant move out of my rental and they left a huge mess. The team showed up expecting something different and despite seeing the size of the project they got down to work. We discussed price changes given the situation. I thought the price was more than fair for the size of the project. They worked late into the night to get the property ready for a new tenant the next day.
