I was very disappointed with the response that I received regarding the arrival time. Whoever I was communicating was rude. We agreed upon a time and later it was changed. The response of "finding someone else" to do the service when it was the day before was unprofessional and rude. I am a mother as well who works, my children are always my first priority. Do not agree to do a job at a certain time if you can't complete it at the agreed upon time. That response caused this team their tip and this company more business as I ... read more
