Great printer, copier and scanner for a small business We own a small business and have to occasionally make copies of tax forms, etc- never very big orders. This is the perfect size for the jobs we need done. I love how versatile this machine is- It prints, it copies, it scans. It even has an automatic document feeder which my last small copier did not. Scans, prints copies and even has air print (and the equivalent non-iOS function). Multipage document feeder and it also can do books. This one Works for Me but it is Hard to Compare all those models from Brother It was relatively quick unpack and setup. Including download of software, it took about a half hour. Family members quickly added the Brother DCPL5650DN. I couldn't have been more pleased. It is fast (after the initial page) and print quality is great. It took another hour to get the printer registered. I finally had to call Brother to get it done. I didn't remember my pass word and couldn't get it reset by submitting a request online. I love how printers no longer take up the type of ... I love how printers no longer take up the type of floor space they did when one had to rent business capable printers, rather than own them. Full color laser printer, by Brother, one of the best companies around. I have always been a Brother fan. Now, ready for this? Scans BOTH SIDES AT ONCE. Husky performer for the department, small business or professional practice. Monochrome and wired connection only. I don’t really know what has happened to the demand for printed output overall. I do know that in my world, providing services to lawyers, I rarely send anyone a print document. Where once I submitted four copies of everything, I now send a PDF or Word document. Called tech support for Brother, took over an hour to get a call back. This is definitely an office computer, meant for someone with a lot of tech knowledge to set it up wirelessly and troubleshoot it.
