noooooo WIFI!!!!!! (are you kidding me!?) this printer doesn't have WIFI connectivity. Even though the included instructions show WIFI, it doesn't have it. Ethernet or USB connection only. WHAT-A-JOKE.

STOPPED PRINTING 5 months later 5 month old product. Initially had issues with scanner - uninstalled and installed driver again - scanner now works and printer does not now! Looked on-line and apparently I am not the only customer with same problem. Spent past two days trouble shooting to no resolve!!!! VERY FRUSTRATED!!!! Uninstalled a Windows update hoping that would resolve issue - did not. All MS updates are up to date now and it still doesn't print. Setup Worked But No Software CD Included Day 3 8/8/19: Wouldn't wake up today to print. Had to physically go to it and bring it out of sleep. This is NOT a solution for the long term. If this cannot be fixed it will go back. Day 1 8/6/19: Functions well. Dash replenishment setup didn't work. That's probably a blessing. Too much info being shared and hacked these days anyway. Setup Worked Well But It Refused to Stay Connected Two-Week Final Update. I tried and tried and gave it every chance. It wouldn't stay connected no matter what. What sealed the return deal was I unplugged it one last time to make it connect - buttons nor off switch would do the trick - and it didn't stay connected long enough for me to get back to my chair and print. TONER SCAM I use this printer at my place of employment, and, aside from the Blatant Toner Scam, it works well, BUT! After long enough, the printer will REFUSE to print, claiming toner is low. I ended up hacking the printer and got ANOTHER MONTH'S worth of printing out of the toner cartridge. What a scam. I hacked the printer into basically tricking it into reading a higher toner level than there actually is. DESPITE THIS, the "toner level" on the stats readout continues to deplete. The printer did not work. The LCD screen did ... The printer did not work. The LCD screen did not work, the only thing that powered up was the "on" light, but nothing else worked. Brother was SOOOOOOOOOO helpful, that for this brand new, never used printer we bought, they sent us a refurbished to replace it. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.
Don't buy this unless you can get by without tech support. I've had it for about a month, now, and it has stopped allowing me to print two-sided from tray 1. No matter what I try to do to fix this, every time I tell the machine to print two-sided from tray 1 the machine instead prints out two separate sheets of paper. I still can print two-sided from the MP tray. I just can't get it to print two-sided from tray 1 anymore.
