Dean and his staff are very easy to deal with. They know exactly was us needed, and in this case what is not necessary, to obtain a loan. Sometimes too much information obfuscates the situation and takes numerous amounts of explanation. They were able to avoid those , so that my time spent to prepare paperwork for the loan was minimal.
