Dean was very professional and proactive throughout the loan process. He kept in constant contact with us. He provided us, digitally, with spreadsheets that explained the various loans, rates, monthly payments, amount of interest paid and saved, and actual dollar values associated with each loan type. These documents were most valuable in helping us make a final decision.
