I was working with two realtors selling property in one city and two on the buying side because we were looking at property in two states. Jennifer was the shining star of those and others I have worked with in the past. She never got frustrated with us and we were all over the place. She was professional, thorough and kind. She is absolutely a pleasure to work with. I don't want to move any time soon but would love to work with her again if I did!

Jennifer is an excellent agent and was always professional and respectful. She was patient with us during the process, offering advice and consultation but never insisting--always allowing the decisions to be ours. Jen was attentive and prompt--whether scheduling visits, preparing paperwork, or just responding to a question. She was very knowledgeable about the neighborhoods of Andover as well as the ebbs and flows of the market. We recommend her highly.

Deborah and her team did an outstanding job for us when marketing our home. She arranged for a stager and a photographer so that our house was presented in the best possible way. Within a week of our home being listed we had 16 offers and most were above list price. We settled on the highest offer which was nearly 10% above list. The home sold so quickly that Deborah was able to negotiate a delayed closing to suit our needs. Couldn't be happier with the results!

We worked with Shannon to get our house sold in Andover, our selling process was a little more complex than usual as a relocation agency was involved, as my wife had accepted a relocation package. Shannon helped us to get our house sold in first open house, as she predicted at the time of hiring her services as seller's agent. We had already moved to another state a month before open house and she provided excellent services in our absence. Highly recommend her!

I would highly recommend Shannon to list or sell your home. Her knowledge of the market, professionalism, and experience resulted in my house selling the first weekend. We received 8 offers and ended up selling 10% over asking price thanks to her marketing strategy.
