We listed our house with another broker in 2014. It did not sell!!! In 2015 we listed our house with Debbie Lucci. She was totally accommodating, my husband worked late and she worked around his schedule. She made a few suggestions for painting, we did some of them. She also send her stager in, she was awesome she told us what would help sell the house, removing area rugs to show hardwood floors, taking curtains off windows to show the light and the large windows with the beautiful moulding. Deborah was fantastic! We have three small children, so wanted to move the house quickly, and not spend months having lots of showings.
