Shannon is an “ over the top” realtor. She helped me with the sale of my mother’s condo from the very beginning to handing over the keys to the new owners. For instance, there were condo documents that I needed to obtain and Shannon knew just what to do to get them. I literally had to do nothing except remove everything from the condo.
