We met Elisa at the one and only open house we went to on a whim. We are so happy we did - she asked us what we were looking for and we told her we were moving from California and had NO IDEA where we wanted to live - from winchester to marblehead to andover, and the only thing that mattered was that we wanted something open plan and "as california as possible" - i.e. no colonials, pool, nice driveway and yard. Angela was excellent. Fully managed the entire process professionally and efficiently - from initial value assessment, staging for pictures, listing with virtual tour, scheduling all prospective buyers, as well as final offer review and acceptance. She was able to obtain multiple offers for the home within 2 weeks after listing. The entire process was extremely smooth all the way through closing - even with the COVID-19 health crisis ongoing. It was a terrific experience and I highly recommend her services.
