Great responses to my emails and questions I always seem to have before every appointment. Excellent customer service. Always polite, friendly and on time .Very respectful of our home. They always wear their booties when I have them do the inside of our home. Last year after they came we had wasp start to build a nest on our garage, I messaged them and they were back out within 3 days to spray that area and get rid of the wasps. No wasps after that. Glad we found Deft and will continue to use them.

They are amazing! We received notifications prior to this visit the night before and 30 minutes before the tech got here and the tech was wonderful... he kept checking with me to see if I have any special concerns. Got an immediate confirmation and follow up…We haven’t had any more problems,even though we had major issues with mice and tons of ants, when we first contacted them a year ago! 👍👍👍
