Deidre was always available to answer questions and keep us updated! She and her team were very easy to work with. Would highly recommend! Was knowledgeable about the area. This was not a home but garages which made it even more challenging.
Deirdre and her team did a great job in selling our house in the follow areas: 1) Very responsive. She or her team staff were always available when I called. 2) Good marketing. We had good number of showings despite the tough real estate market. 3) Great communication: Prompt notification when there is an update, or when they set an appointment to show our house. 4) Good negotiation: I could tell from the last agreeable price that Deirdre did her best to get us the highest price she could get.
Deirdre went above and beyond in helping us to sell my parents’ house. We live out of state and she was extremely helpful with various small issues, thus saving us an inconvenient trip back to NY on at least two occasions. She was also very professional and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Deirdre as a real estate professional.
