I found Deidre Folan exceptionally knowledgeable about the statistical data in the neighborhood and the current trend city wide. She was genuinely personable and honest. She worked and stayed atop of each negotiation and always had my interests first and foremost. She kept me continuously updated and was always accessible if I had a question. I can honestly say I would highly recommend her to friends and family.
