Dr. Williams-Toone is a thorough, patient, compassionate physician who listens and offers solutions that fit my needs. Her strong medical knowledge and attention to detail has made such an improvement in my quality of life. Dr. Williams-Toone is easy to talk to and fosters a trusting caring environment with mutual respect.
I embarrassingly freaked the heck out during my arthrogram but Dr Williams-Toone and her team were so patient and willing to work with me since I was very afraid of the needle. They communicated with me what they were doing, allowed my mom to come back to calm me down, and were more than patient with me, especially when I nearly passed out afterwards. Would absolutely recommend her to anyone!
Dr. Williams-Toone did a cortisone injection in my shoulder under fluoroscopy today. She was extremely professional, friendly, and put me at complete ease. I highly recommend her!
The doctor was kind and understanding. Explained everything about the procedure every step of the way. Commiserated with me. Her assistants are also excellent in their manner toward the patients.
She spoke to me throughout the procedure and I could not feel a thing, she was thorough, eloquent and very personable. I would definitely recommend her and the staff at the 3100 Duraleigh location.
Dr. Toone has performed spinal ablation and Visco knee injections for me. She explains and answers questions. Rare quality these days.
