Shes very friendly and personable. She explains each step of the procedure so her patient knows what to expect and when. I really appreciate this as I am prepared and ready.
Dr Toone was so professional and explained the procedure before she started. She also explained as she did the steps. She made sure I was ok before leaving the treatment room. I definitely recommend her.

I was nervous at first about having an injection done, but the doctor & nurses made the experience one of the best! They were so friendly and nice and knew what they were doing. Also they were very helpful and concerned making sure I was ok and helped properly.
What potentially was a scary experience Dr. Deitra L. Williams-Toone, MD and staff made it as comfortable as possible talked me through it with a very gentle touch and excellent bedside manner - the procedure overall was far less painful or scary as anticipated- I recommend EmergeOrtho to anyone in need of orthopedics every experience has been exceptional each staff member goes over and above to provide the most comfortable experience.
Dr Toone spends time with her patients and really explains the procedures and what you can expect. I really appreciate this level of care.
