Dr. Williams-Toone is a real person and you feel that when you meet with her. I have chronic pain and I really like someone who understands and has real empathy and I don't feel like I'm being fed an overused line.
Dr. Toone and her nurse are outstanding! We got the help we needed and my older mom was made so comfortable with them. Highly recommend.
On my initial appointment with Dr. Toone I really felt like I was speaking with a friend. She listened well and answered my many questions, without making me feel rushed. I came out of that appointment with a clear understanding of what my options were. I highly recommend Dr. Toone.
