Got a room on 6th floor almost at the end of the hall. No hot water and maintenance guy said we have been trying to get it fixed for the past 12 months. The hotel manager must not give a dang out it. They did upgrade my room to a mini suite which was nice. Overall stay was very good. Head to Connie’s for breakfast in town it was amazing 50’s style diner!

The hotel was lovely! The Lobby was welcoming , the check in clerk was very friendly, and it was easy to get to the room. Elevator access is with room key only, so that was nice! The room was beautiful! The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and very well appointed. There is a makeup table in the room, coffee station, and refrigerator. There is no valet service for parking. The casino was nice, but not as well kept as the hotel. We had dinner at Portico, the high end restaurant. THAT was a complete disaster! The ... read more

Staying at the del Lago was most enjoyable. The room was very clean. The bed and furniture was comfortable. Every staff member we encountered was very friendly and helpful. The restaurants were very good and pretty reasonable considering it's a casino and resort. I definitely would stay here again.

Our server in Sociale has become a friend. We had a great time chatting with Michelle and gave us alot of places to see while we were staying at Dellago. Looking forward to our next visit. Thank you
