No hot water the night we checked in. Staff was quick to point out they won’t be able to change rooms because it was a sold out night. They did fix the issue and hot water was available later.

Room was clean but there were items missing from the shower - no shampoo or body wash. As well, there was a fire drill at 5:00 am - the announcement was quite loud and exact. However there was no all clear announcement made. Someone on the staff went outside to tell the people waiting outside the lobby area that it was a false alarm. The rest of us had to figure things out for ourselves in the cold - and some people were in bedclothes and no shoes. Need a better emergency plan in place.

I went during the week, so the casino was relatively quiet. The room was clean and quiet, and I loved the waterfall showerhead. The room lights were switch and motion-sensor, but the sensor must have been turned because sometimes the lights just went out. There were reading lights on both sides of the bed, but either I couldn't operate them or there were no batteries. There was a mini fridge and a coffee machine, but no microwave. The room was nice, but a little beat up. Cleanliness was okay, but not perfect. They do not go out of their way to welcome guests, but respond quickly to any requests. Good value for the cost

The room was not worth the price at all
