I have been attempting to contact the office for 2 weeks calling everyday to make a new patient consulting appointment. I have left messages and even requested an appointment online. I have yet to get a call back

I had a miscarriage and instead of calling me or scheduling an appointment to discuss the genetic results I got a portal message referring to my deceased baby as “it.” You’d think the death of an unborn child would at least warrant a phone call 🤯 Two weeks later I still never got a call from the doctor- attempted to get my medical records and they billed me for them but never faxed them to my new doctor. AVOID this practice at all costs- staff in insensitive and horrible.
