RecommendedDr. Russell was the first doctor to finally listen to me and diagnose me with PCOS. We immediately had a game plan and while it was a rocky road at times it ultimately ended with our miracle baby. I can’t thank Lauren and Janet and the entire staff at DIRM enough for everything that they’ve done for us.
RecommendedDIRM was really helpful in find why I wasn't getting pregnant. I had to go through a few rounds of IUI, but we are expecting our first child in one week. So happy for the wonderful people and technology at DIRM
First of all It is all about the money with DIRM there are several great employees there that care. but the ones that run the place its like the quicker we get them in the more we make. It is a shame because I have heard of many success stories. I was not one. The lack of communication was ridiculous. Not being able to contact the doctor without an appointment was frustrating. The portal seems to be convenient yet did not allow for clarifacation and personal service. The head of the ivf team had no communication skills. In the end they discarded embryo material we needed for genetic testing due to dealing with cookie cutter fertility issues and not creating a program around our unique situation. First they had false advertising on their site. This was all out of pocket for us. Their ivf coordinator scribbles out my medication plan, gives me a brown paper bag with a bacteriostatic bottle in it saying there was some type of medication in it. This medication should have been in a vial, not a bacteriostatic water bottle, and labeled with what it was, instructions, and patient information.
