Let me start this by saying my husband is a physician in a very large group in Princeton and I️ know how doctors offices should be run. This is hands down the worst
Very poor experience, from the nurses to the doctors. My son did not want to get weighed and then got asked to leave the room(I did not and at this point he was only an infant). The doctors would never respond to a phone call when you have questions regarding an illness. Set up an appointment for a well visit scheduled it months in advance for a Saturday so I did not have to take off work and they poorly scheduled it for a Thursday. We genuinely do our best to make sure that the kids feel safe and secure, and that includes during immunizations. I know the nurses do their utmost to make sure that part goes quickly, so that a parent can comfort the child as soon as it's over. I apologize for the confusion with scheduling, as well.
Horrible! They make you wait for hours. No bed side Manor an staff is not kind! After 13 yrs there I am done with them
Since they won't tell you--they charge 25$ after 5pm even if insurance is covering the appointment --I got hit with a 75$ bill-3 kids flu mist-would have gone in at 4:45 if they told me!!

Hi Andrea! We've actually done everything we can to notify parents about the off-hours fee, which is required by some insurance companies (although not all). The information was posted on our website, in our newsletter, on our Facebook page, as well as on signs around our office. We also included it in an email blast that was sent out at the beginning of flu season, ahead of our walk-in clinic. I am sorry that the information didn't reach you.
Lead Doctor does not communicate with patients. Cut my family loose after missed well appointments while we tended to my sister's funeral. Refused to get on the phone to discuss. Patients are numbers to him as was explained to us by his staff, regardless of the fact that we spent 10's of thousands of dollars with this practice. We've continue to get the word out about this and several people are leaving and new patients are going elsewhere.
