I’ve emailed with Ron Hirsch back and forth throughout the years, but never purchased a new vehicle. He’s always been patient and had always taken the time to answer my questions even though I never made a purchase until a few weeks ago. It just so happens that this time I made a purchase. Ron is a true salesman and not your typical car salesman experience.

Irwin Baker was absolutely wonderful to deal with by phone and internet. He was able to secure the best price on my 2021 Acura RDX with the Technology package. He stayed in touch, emailing me the exact dollar amounts that we agreed on. Once I arrived at Delray Acura, the transaction was perfect and my wife and I drove off in our new car in less than one hour! Excellent follow up and very easy to deal with my sales manager, Ron Hirsch. We did the negotiation over the phone, and Ron Hirsch (Delray Acura) lived up to everything that we discussed over the phone. Excellent service, bought a ilx and couldn’t be happier, my sales rep Irwin took care of me, told him I was in a bind with my time and he made sure I was in and out with my 2019 ilx within a couple of hours. Great experience and service, very much appreciated.
