Irwin made car shopping a pleasure . He found the exact car I wanted and made the process stress free. Jenny was the best customer service rep I have ever met. She was PATIENT and very helpful explaining all the features of the car. I really appreciated that. Eric was very efficient.

Excellent follow up and very easy to deal with my sales manager, Ron Hirsch. We did the negotiation over the phone, and Ron Hirsch (Delray Acura) lived up to everything that we discussed over the phone. (No last second dealer's fees, acquisition fees, etc. I have been leasing cars for many years, and this was absolutely the easiest and smoothest lease that I have ever done...plus I believe that I got an excellent deal. Excellent service, bought a ilx and couldn’t be happier, my sales rep Irwin took care of me, told him I was in a bind with my time and he made sure I was in and out with my 2019 ilx within a couple of hours. Great experience and service, very much appreciated.

I contacted Delray Acura and spoke with Jeff Abrahamowitz and he was extremely helpful and gave me extremely good advice as to what to do with going into a new lease. He treated me with the utmost respect as if I was a family member. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a new Acura to speak with Jeff!

I had a very good experience w/Delray Acura and Jeffrey Abramowitz. They did all they promised. The only problem was the driver took 5 days to get the vehicle to me..

My leasing of a new Acura ILX could not have been easier. Irwin Baker and Derek Brubaker are fabulous, along with Eric Rice from Finance. Ordinarily, I get great anxiety when it comes time to re-lease every 3 years because I always wonder if the dealership is being straightforward and fair. This experience was not an anxious one for me, thanks to a legitimate team at Delray Acura. Thanks again. I highly recommend this dealership for an Acura vehicle.

This Irwin guy is great, I would trust him all day, very knowledgeable and helpful, absolutely no pressure. Irwin knows his Acura and will always be there for his customers. I give Irwin 6 STARS.
