This is the third vehicle for which we used Bill Mitchell as our salesperson at Delray Acura and not because he was the person available when we walked into the showroom. He is friendly, attentive and extremely helpful and honest. I encourage you to ask for him when shopping at Delray Acura. The sales manager, Jeff Abramowitz, was a pleasure to work with as well.

Daniel Galante Made buying a car a pleasant event, During the test drive he explained all the options on the RDX. He explained all the cost in purchasing the RDX. Daniel returned my calls and answered all my questions

Ron Hirsh and his staff were great to work with and made my lease of my new MDX as smooth and easy as possible. His assistant Carlos was the most knowledgeable person in explaining all the features on the 2022 MDX!!! Wonderful experience with Delray Acura dealership.

Overall experience was fantastic. Dan Galante our sales rep was excellent, knowledgeable, friendly and followed up consistently during the process. Additionally, in all my years of financing BMW, Lexus, Acura, Honda and Nissans, I have never had a Finance Manager as warm and friendly as Eric Rice. He truly completed the overall experience!

Had an excellent new car buying experience with salesman Bill Mitchell and sales manager Jeff Abramowitz. They were both very patient, attentive and courteous. Clearly they were making every effort to make it right and they did. They got my new car from another dealer in a few hours. As a salesman, Bill Mitchell is very pleasant and easy work with.

Best experience I have had at a dealer, and I am old!!! Bill Mitchell is a wonderful and honest guy, so it is very comfortable conversing with him. Jenny Lee was personable and fun while teaching us the highlights of using the car. The managers were truly responsive, addressing all concerns and made an attractive deal for me.
