Overall experience was fantastic. Dan Galante our sales rep was excellent, knowledgeable, friendly and followed up consistently during the process. Additionally, in all my years of financing BMW, Lexus, Acura, Honda and Nissans, I have never had a Finance Manager as warm and friendly as Eric Rice. He truly completed the overall experience!

Had an excellent new car buying experience with salesman Bill Mitchell and sales manager Jeff Abramowitz. They were both very patient, attentive and courteous. Clearly they were making every effort to make it right and they did. They got my new car from another dealer in a few hours. As a salesman, Bill Mitchell is very pleasant and easy work with.

Best experience I have had at a dealer, and I am old!!! Bill Mitchell is a wonderful and honest guy, so it is very comfortable conversing with him. Jenny Lee was personable and fun while teaching us the highlights of using the car. The managers were truly responsive, addressing all concerns and made an attractive deal for me.

first class service in car buying process. Dealer shipped car complimentary and provided full tank of gas. Car was serviced as stated when i inspected from cabin filters, engine filters, oil and coolant was on appropriate levels unliked other Acura dealers who sell unserviced certified pre owned vehicles. Will do business again with Delray Acura.

From my first on line search for a vehicle, they were in touch and very helpful. Irwin Baker and Jenny Lee were both very accommodating when we showed up in the morning to look the vehicles over. Made our purchase by the afternoon. Very happy with our car. I have also used them for service and have always been happy with it.

Bill Mitchell was amazing to work with. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of our questions thoroughly and honestly. I was extremely impressed with several others as well, Jeff Abramowitz, Jenny Lee, and Eric Rice. I had a fantastic buying experience because of these people and so appreciate all they did for us! I am so happy we bought from Delray Acura. I absolutely LOVE my RDX!

Ron Hirsch provided us with gold star treatment at Delray Honda. Good bye to those days of spending your entire day at the “dealer”ship. Professional, friendly and knowledgeable because he is a card caring member of the Acura brand. This is my second Acura and I’m sold!
