I can honestly say that this has truly been the best experience I’ve had when shopping for a new car. After calling 3 Acura dealerships and feeling totally pressured on the phone by the salespeople I made 1 final call before giving up. Finally a painless experience with car leasing. Irwin, Dave, and Derrick were all really great to work with. Irwin really took his time to go over all the details of the car with us. Derrick made us feel comfortable with a plan that we could work with. Dave really worked fast to get us the numbers and papers to sign so we could be in and out in no time. With everything going on with Covid-19 it was really nice to have excellent customer service!

Totally professional/pleasant experience during Pandemic Excellent buying experience during this pandemic. Irwin and Derek were both great. All paperwork was submitted through computer. Spent less than half-hour at dealership signing papers and pickup and return of leased TLX. They even prodied face mask. Thanks to Delray for this pleasant experience

Great buying experience I was getting frustrated looking for a good used car for my family. Most dealerships in Tampa and Orlando would not work with me on price or they would just plain not return my calls or emails. Irwin worked with me and made the whole transaction fast and easy. I drove 4 hours to purchase a used MDX and could not be happier.
