Made it Easy! Jeff did a great job and we bought a beautiful RDX...our first Acura after countless number of Lexus vehicles purchased. We were going to lease, or buy used, but Jeff made it easy to acquire a brand new RDX at a very reasonable price.

Totally professional with Nate in the showroom to Rob bringing the MDX and all paperwork to our house to complete the lease in one day during this tenuous coronavirus time. In addition Rob returned my previous SUV back to the dealer. Delray Acura should be proud to have these men creating an excellent experience for me. I am happy with the MDX and meeting Nate and Rob. Best experience buying a car. I first contacted Delray Acura by email and Irwin answered all my questions and concerns professionally and in a timely manner. It is important to mention that all of our communication was through email no phone calls no pressure. After a couple of days, I set up a quick test drive and Jeff helped me with that. No Pressure Irwin Baker was our salesperson. He and his Team were Polite, Professional, Personable, Knowledgable. We drove other CPO luxury vehicles but none could compare with the experience we had such as the condition of their vehicles, the LOW Rate financing, negotiating a fair price, and the quality and reliability of Acura. The Best experiance with a car dealer ever!

All I can say is a WOW customer experience! I went in thinking I would experience the typical sales pitch and was prepared to leave if needed. The sales consultant Ron changed that perception from the beginning. He was patient, answered all my tough questions and above gave accurate advice and information. I purchased a car and spent less than an hour total from start to finish. There was no pressure to buy and Ron and his team followed through with everything they said. Thanks so much to Rob H. for getting us the best possible lease and transitioning me into my first new car after ten years! He spent a long time going over all of the new driving and safety features with me. Also, my kids loved him - he even put eyelashes on the car for them!
