On a Friday evening, I called the dealers with a specific car in mind, a specific model and color. I spoke with Mitch from sales and he was courteous, friendly, and engaging instantly. He listened carefully and shared the information with the sales manager, Jeff. I worked with both over the phone and in a matter of 30 minutes, even though they did not have the car in Delray, Jeff managed to find one for me.
