Mauricio Turquia Best Sales Person Ever! Our sales person, Mauricio Turquia, was amazing. He showed us every detail of the car, without acting as a typical sales person that only want you to buy the car. He explained and showed us all we needed to know about the car and let us made our decision without any pressure. He also helped us with all the paper work and explained all the things that were new to us. We would give him more than 5 stars if possible! Thank you for your help. We love our New Car!
Great buying experience This was my 13th car purchase (5th Honda) and one of the easiest transactions I’ve had, start to finish. Everyone was friendly and focused on giving great customer service. I highly recommend this dealer.
Best Customer Service Every time I am ready to purchase a new car I compare prices from various dealerships. Inevitably I always return to Delray Honda. They do not use misleading tactics but rather hold themselves to a higher standard of ethics and professionalism. Outstanding service Very quick to greet and get down to business which is great. I was assigned to Hung. He was very professional and polite. I left my vehicle to get a transmission fluid replacement, he called me later after the multi-point inspection and informed me of other issues, I opted to fix a few that day as well. Service time was quick in relation to what was being worked on. Will definitely be coming back for future services.
Just leased new HRV and had a geat experience. The dealer was very competent, quick and thorough. I enjoyed the experience of leasing a car. I have leased and purchased many Honda cars, but this was the first time at Honda Delray. Steve was experienced and very friendly.
Great experience. Overall the experience was pretty painless. Travis was patient as we didn’t know exactly what we wanted and had him get many different models for us to look at. He was very knowledgeable and helpful.
