Had a great experience at Delray Honda! Everyone I dealt with at Delray Honda did a great job. Very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. My salesman, Norman, listened to my needs and showed a lot of patience with no high pressure. He even followed up with a phone call a week after I took the car home to see if I had any questions or concerns.
Easy to work with. Very straight-forward. Very positive experience. The staff was friendly and professional. They did not play games. Treated my wife and I with respect and made sure we were comfortable.
Excellent service by Cristhian Jimenez! My car of 14 years broke down on Monday and I needed to buy a new car immediately but I wanted a certain color and certain features in the car. Excellent Service by Cristian Jimenez! Let me just start off by saying the service at Delray Honda was amazing! Cristian Jimenez and the staff went above and beyond to help me get out of my current vehicle(that I was in the whole with) into a new one at a better rate! This is my second car that I purchase from there and I highly recommend anyone that is in the market for a new or used car to go check them out.
Car purchased Norman was very accommodating and thorough.We asked Norman for an out the door price, which he provided and to be able to process the sale efficiently and as quick as possible and he met our timeline.
