Bought ‘18 Infiniti Q60 Considering this is the 32nd car I’ve owned, I’m well versed w/ buying & selling cars. I’m happy to say I had a good experience buying my ‘18 Infiniti Q60 from Carlos Orejuela @ Delray Honda. Carlos was a pleasure to deal w/, knew all he needed to know about the car & was up-front about all costs. The only negative was the dealership’s $995 dealer fee. Even w/ that included, I was stil able to buy the car for a few dollars under the K.B.B. fair value price.
Delray Honda makes a used car purchase easy. Great service and follow up by Carlos Orejuela. I am satisfied and will reconsider them in the future. The only downside is the added fees they call a protective coat. The other character who appears will bully a buyer into ithe $999 fee and the coat comes off with the first rain. This does not take any points off Carlos's review.
Bought my son a new Civic Mike was solid. He respected my wishes to communicate and work on the deal via email and not bug me on my cell phone. When I was ready, I went im and finalized everything in a quick manner.

Excellent experience we used the Costco buying program, the sales rep, Zak Coker, was totally up front with the pricing and availability... Quite knowledgeable about the product, and very helpful.... The only downside, is the length of time it ook... Although, the mountain of paperwork to complete the transaction is not really the fault of the dealer, All in all, a pleasant experience and a wonderful new HRV-Sport
