Excellence in Service As a business owner I know customer service. The reason I drive 20+miles to Delray Honda is the excellent service Kathleen provides her customers. I will really miss her if I don't lease a Honda next year. Even if I do but lease from another dealer, I'll go back to Delray Honda for service.
How Could have Been Easier As with every internet search, hundreds of replies. One stood out, your sales person, Paul Susca. He followed up often and when I was ready, he was there! Never pushy, always listening , funneled the same excitement we were experiencing with purchasing a new car. Paul was like having a friend helping us out. We could not have been pleased.
Very good service Travis my salesman, second time I leased a car from him. He listens, recommends, knowledgeable and a very pleasant person to deal with. My entire experience was pleasant and highly recommend Travis and Delray Honda.
Super helpful with servicing our CRV. Kathleen is always great with servicing our 2016 CRV. She offers insightful assistance with what should be done and never seems just to be pushing unnecessary work.
