Worked hard to get a very competitive price and did not harass or badger me (as was the case when I price shopped at a dealership in Coral Springs). Professional, curteous and genuine.
Professional service for battery replacement I came in at the end of the business day having had just jump-started my Honda CR-V. Mike Harris explained that most everyone had left for day. They tested my battery and found it was bad. Mike explained that my battery was under warranty and he would take care of it tonight. After a half hour wait the car was ready. No charges, everything was working. Thanks Mike for your professional and friendly service.

Nice experience In recent days I dealt with both your service dept, and sales dept Had a very nice experience dealing with you guys They seals department help get me get out of a car I was not satisfied with, and into a car I now feel safe driving. The service dept was very professional in handling a situation I was very irate about upon entering.
Simply the best. This is my third leased Accord and have dealt with Michael Young for all of them. He listens, he explains, he advises, he delivers! He is pleasant, friendly and professional. Whenever I leave he service center I am confident that Michael and his team has completed the service needed competently. I have NEVER had any doubts.
