Michael that works in used cars is truly exceptional! He went over and above for us and had the vehicle detailed to perfection, in, out, including the engine. We fought him on price of course but he persevered and closed the deal to our satisfaction. You need to keep an employee like Michael happy. You don’t ever want to lose him!
