From the walk into the front door of Delray Honda to the discussion about the cars I was interested in, Mathew and Craig were exceptional representatives of the establishment. Craig was very personable from the sit down until finishing up the transaction. Tony the Finance guy, was also very personable and professional in his part of finishing up all the details as well. I had an issue with my old car and was able to get an appointment so quickly. My service advisor, Kathleen Willis, is excellent. She analyzes problems so accurately and the results of the testing by the technicians support her hypotheses and conclusions. She explains the issues so clearly and puts me at ease especially when I'm panicking about what's wrong with my car. I appreciate her so much.
The sales team is very nice and the purchase process is very good and fast.
