Lexi, who answers the phone on the service line, was excellent at clarifying what was needed for my car when the maintenance minder came up. She properly scheduled a visit with Jeff Hernandez as the service advisor. Jeff is always on top in explaining the details of the service to be done and arranging all the details with staff in timely fashion. Always a pleasure to have contact with Lexi and Jeff when service is needed.
