Michael Young has been my service consultant for seven years, after I purchased my 2016 CRV at Delray Honda. He has guided me through car maintenance. We select the maintenance is that is needed now, as well as service that is recommended but can be delayed for a future appointment. I trust hime100%. And he is always pleasant and professional. Each individual I encountered at Delray Honda was helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable in their respective departments. Recommended but careful with financing not paying off your trade on time!!! When contacting finance, they didn't seem to care, and that's if you got lucky in getting a hold of them.

It was my mistake. I was looking in New York, and somehow got Florida but I’m sure he could’ve helped. He was very polite and understanding that goes a long ways but no I did not get a vehicle even in New York.

Ed Haddad did a great job. Good Deal. Had to wait 1 1/2 hours for Finance. Unacceptable.
