U can be in the emergency room half way dead & they still gone take 4 hours to call your name ! Nobody but 3 people waiting inside the waiting room. & it take them forever. Then when you get to the back it takes another hour just to get looked at.......
I was there for a fractured toe. (which left me hopping,and unable to walk) I was told to stay off of it for 2weeks.I was buddy taped,and sent on my way with only a prescription. No crutches, nor boot.
Hope I never have to go there again ,i don't ever want me or my family to ever go there
This is by far the worst hospital in Memphis! Do not send a loved one their if you care about them. My mom went to this hospital on December 25th, 2013...Christmas Day and was diagnosed with pneumonia. They released her the 27th. She passed away from pneumonia on the 28th. Horrible place!
My son is a patient at delta. Today we had ice and sleet. Your parking lot for visitors is horrendous. It was slushy and 6"of water when I left the whole lot was solid ice. I have never been so scared. By the time I made it to my car I was shaking. If I had fallen you would have had a lawsuit. I am 71 yrs old. My son is very sick and now i'm afraid to go back up there tomorrow.
