Unfortunately there is NO choice for ZERO!!! This place kept my mom for a month. Slightly changed two levels of med doses she was already on. Discharged WORSE than admission. My mom is a 73 year old psychiatric patient that has suffered for at least 55 years. She is ALWAYS med compliant and self sufficient. You people have the worst hospital I have ever had to deal with. I'm appalled that you even can call your facility a hospital. I honestly believe that you pick and choose the patients that you want to deal with and for the ones you don't, you keep them there with no treatment except babysitting just to milk the insurance dry and kick the patient to the curb. You people disgust me. Hopefully you will go out of business.

MHU smell like urine and feces, the rooms are dirty, the floors are dirty,the day rooms are dirty. Housekeeping clean the rooms in the morning only. The evening housekeeper is mad and upset because she have to come and clean the rooms. The good Techs are Betty, Tameka,Tamiko, Mr Duru, Adrian, Marshall, Marcus, Ray. The lazy Techs are Sheila, she sit at the desk and try to tell everyone what to do and sit and do nothing. This facility is a nightmare. Patients are abused, staff lies to you, Not for for anyone to stay.
THIS FACILITY IS NOT A PLACE TO SEND YOU LOVE ONES. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS!! MY MOMA CAME OUT OF HERE WITH TERRORS OF PEOPLE HITTING HER AND CRYING FOR PEOPLE TO STOP HITTING HER. SHE CAME OUT WORSE THAN WHEN SHE WENT IN AND HAD TO HAVE HER FOREHEAD STITCH UP BECAUSE SHE "FELL" OUT OF A CHAIR.NOW SHE HAS A BIG SCAR ON HER HEAD. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE AND I'D RATE IT -10!!!!
I have heard that the state will be shutting the hospital down at the end of the year that will be too late for many of its victims. I survived my ordeal. I was attacked by one of the nurses which slapped me in my ear twice. I just pray to God they do shut the place down before they inflict any more emotional scarring on other patients. And even real scars.
