Brandi Eckols was great at informing me of what the process was when she took my car to be serviced and expected wait times. This was my first repair and she was great at answering all my questions. When it was time to pick up my car David Gorena went through the process of what they did to my car to ensure that I understood everything that was fixed. Dent mechanic has the best customer service of any place I have seen in decades! Tess and Missy helped me get our car in quick and since we had a conflict due to a medical issue, they expedited the process and it was done super fast! They got us set up in a rental car and even waived our deductible! They even helped out my daughter on her car which was seriously damaged due to the big hail storm! I highly recommend Dent Mechanic for their quality work and exceptional customer service!!
