Tess was a awesome , in an out. Paperwork was minimal. Easy process for me. Car looked great once done. Even took care of my rental with minimal wait time for it
Dent mechanic has the best customer service of any place I have seen in decades! Tess and Missy helped me get our car in quick and since we had a conflict due to a medical issue, they expedited the process and it was done super fast! They got us set up in a rental car and even waived our deductible! They even helped out my daughter on her car which was seriously damaged due to the big hail storm! I highly recommend Dent Mechanic for their quality work and exceptional customer service!!
Very happy with the service here! My car was hit pretty hard with hail back in June. I filed my claim and they took everything from here! Luke was great, met me wherever I was to swap my car for the rental car (which was completely free to me!), answered all of my questions, and helped talk to my insurance completely with me before the car swap was done.
