This was so easy. They actually came by during my upgrading the home improvements. I couldn’t believe how easy it was and they did everything for me. From handling the insurance rental car and I got a BMW. (I have good insurance). They picked my car up, dropped it off, and I did nothing. It was amazing how easy the whole process was from start to finish. What really stood out for me was the staff. Tim was informative, polite and a man of his word. Whenever I reached out someone immediately responded no waiting and leaving messages. The work on my car was flawless and was completed in half the time I was quoted. Dent Mechanic is a very professional and reliable shop. The body repair (hail damage) was accomplished flawlessly and quickly. David was responsive, understanding and above all very friendly. He kept me informed throughout the whole process, working with my insurance company and explained the repair process.
