This was so easy. They actually came by during my upgrading the home improvements. I couldn’t believe how easy it was and they did everything for me. From handling the insurance rental car and I got a BMW. (I have good insurance). They picked my car up, dropped it off, and I did nothing. It was amazing how easy the whole process was from start to finish. What really stood out for me was the staff. Tim was informative, polite and a man of his word. Dent Mechanic is a very professional and reliable shop. The body repair (hail damage) was accomplished flawlessly and quickly. David was responsive, understanding and above all very friendly. Brandi Eckols was great at informing me of what the process was when she took my car to be serviced and expected wait times. This was my first repair and she was great at answering all my questions. When it was time to pick up my car David Gorena went through the process of what they did to my car to ensure that I understood everything that was fixed.
