Very poor communication not only in office between Co workers but also with patients. As well as inconsiderate of others time. When you come up here 3x in 1 week to still be told your stuff isn't ready yet they are the ones that called to say pick up is ready is a circus!!! Very unprofessional

I went in because the Veneer came off my very front tooth, which is awful especially for a female. I didn’t have an apt, but was a patient at the office and I told them I could wait however long. The receptionist came out and said they were short staffed I could come back tomorrow. Poor receptionist, wasn’t her fault but I was so mad that I wasn’t very nice to her to say the least. I don’t know any woman that wouldn’t be upset. I know the dentist or any of her staff would want to “come back tomorrow” & have a front to... read more

My four year old had a terrible cavity that has been hurting her for 3 days. Not make a child wait until 2 days before Christmas to be told “ we can’t do it “ you will have to go somewhere else of course no appt for weeks so my baby has to suffer because a week went by and we can’t find anyone to do it right here at Christmas

My 4 year old daughter was in severe pain during the Covid-19 crisis, and although my other children and I have been regular patients for years at Dental Arts, they refused to treat her. Initially they referred me to a dentist in Birmingham who was “covering emergencies” however that office refused to treat children that small. Most dentists in the area would not even take my call because they were not our family dentist. Ultimately, she had a root canal at a local dentist who was sympathetic to our situation. We will never ... read more

Business response:

Stephanie, I’m sorry you feel this way. Like many practices, I had to send our entire team home for the duration of this nationwide pandemic. Under the governors orders, we were at that time not allowed to see anything but specific emergencies. If you recall, we first tried to assist you by reaching back out to you and trying to arrange care at another office on a day that we were not present in the office. I reached out to the immediate surrounding pediatric dental offices- none of which were able to see a patient that ... read more

Great Dentist, You have to watch out for the billing office though. Wife had some teeth fixed we paid what we were told we owed. A couple months later we get a bill for an additional 1700 plus dollars. No itemization just 1700 additional dollars. When my wife called the explanation was that the "girls in the office must not have entered everything in the computer" or some additional work she named that only added up to about $700. You would think a business asking for that much money on something we thought was payed could ... read more
