horrible place to go charged me $430 for a cancelled appointment that was almost 2 days before the actual appointment date

When I first called I was excited staff seemed to be excited about adding four new patients, they were helpful. Set appt up for my oldest for emergency reason I missed that appointment but they called still so friendly understanding set my new appointment up for 01/25/19 at 11:30 I showed up for my appointment to be told I called an canceled I told them there was a misunderstanding that I didn’t cancel, they acted like I didn’t know what I was talking about acting as it was my fault sent me on my way wouldn’t take fault for ... read more

Great Dentist, You have to watch out for the billing office though. Wife had some teeth fixed we paid what we were told we owed. A couple months later we get a bill for an additional 1700 plus dollars. No itemization just 1700 additional dollars. When my wife called the explanation was that the "girls in the office must not have entered everything in the computer" or some additional work she named that only added up to about $700. I was unaware that Dental Arts did not take walk-ins, which is fine. I don't expect people to work around me. The first time I had an extraction was a few years ago, I was not seen by Dr. Bartlett then, I was seen by a male doctor. He cut the inside of my mouth so bad pulling my tooth out that I had a huge gash that took weeks to heal. I decided to stop by to have a broken tooth looked at today if they were able to.
