I made an appointment due to a broken tooth. Dr. Alexander Golub was more interested in flirting with the tech and wanting to extract a tooth that was not the reason I went. I’ve been coming here ever since I was a little girl, they rush through all of their patients and don’t thoroughly explain anything. I work in the dental field and everything they do is HORRIBLE. The orthodontist is even worse she told me I would have my braces on for 2 and a half years at most I’ve had them on for 4 years and 3 months!!!! It’s outrageous they have no idea what they are doing!

My appointment was rescheduled for 3 weeks later! My appointment was made 3 months ago and 4 days before the scheduled visit, I was called to reschedule because the doctor would be at an educational event. I am waiting to complete an implant process, which I'm paying for without insurance and was not really happy that this will be delayed, especially since the doctor's schedule is very busy. Otherwise, I like the dentist I'm seeing.
