EXCELLENT!! EXCELLENT!! EXCELLENT!!! I had an emergency and was seen right away by the dental hygienist, Kim, who performed the initial exam. The problem was accurately diagnosed and thoroughly explained by Dr. Ousborne, then given 36 hours to completely resolve before taking the next step. Amy called 36 hours later to make sure that I didn't need further treatment (which I didn't). What a team!!! I call this "excellence!" Thank you
