EXCELLENT!! EXCELLENT!! EXCELLENT!!! I had an emergency and was seen right away by the dental hygienist, Kim, who performed the initial exam. The problem was accurately diagnosed and thoroughly explained by Dr. Ousborne, then given 36 hours to completely resolve before taking the next step. Amy called 36 hours later to make sure that I didn't need further treatment (which I didn't). What a team!!! I call this "excellence!" Thank you

I have been a patient here for many years and feel I am in good hands. One time, I awoke and found my front tooth had fallen out. Dr. Patrick Ousborne was on his way to a funeral but found the time to install a temporary front tooth. It was around Halloween and I really did look like a toothless witch! I was able to show my face in public with the temporary until a permanent one was fashioned. Staff is very pleasant and professional.
