Pluses: I have had great treatment by dentist and assistants. I like that they treat everyone, including special needs people. Office is very convenient. Big minus: their billing is, to put it positively, inaccurate. I was scheduled for a crown, and when I checked in they included a filling on the charge. Granted, I need the filling but didn't have time for the procedure then. I asked them to remove the charge. I was told, "why not pay it ahead of time, it's only $30." I have been in search of a special needs dentist for my adult son for years! Finally was referred to Dental on Central...they are amazing to work with. They do anesthesia and my son doesn't even know he was at the dentist! I would highly recommend this dentist to anyone with a special needs family member! They are great!!

Awesome experience! Joanne is the sweetest and nicest ever, and always makes it an enjoyable experience to go to the dentist. Everyone is super helpful and the girls at the front are super knowledgable and nice when it comes to answering insurance questions or just anything in general

Dr. Herro and Michelle are professional, courteous, and do an exceptional job. Michelle is the best! The rest of the staff are great as well.
