Only 1 negative. I asked for a specific hygienist. Instead of telling me she no longer worked there, they scheduled me with someone else. I am an extremely nervous dental patient, and that surprise change resulted in tears of fear and anxiety. Tell your patients the truth up front. Surprises don't work for everyone. DR. Valery worked hard for hour and half removing a stubborn molar and never lost her patience or failed to explain every thing she was doing along the way. Her assistant was great too. I started here and now my husband, daughter and son in law go here. It’s a well run dental office.
I love this place!!!!! Every patient here is treated like family with the red carpet rolled out...... No complaints from me....
The purpose of this recent visit was a cleaning. The Dental Hygienist was great! An appointment for my annual exam was made without notifying me. I was in a hurry so I was not able to stay for that. The billing department is a bit slow to resolve issues. I have been waiting on a refund since December.
