I was not pleased with the service I received on this visit. My displeasure was with the intake process. My appointment was at 10:15 am. I arrived in the office at 10:08am and signed in. As I waited patiently I began to notice patients arriving after my scheduled appointment time and were immediately taken in. After waiting patiently I pointed out that patients arriving after me were being ushered right in. Staff was really nice. Good customer service. However, they forgot to review my file and was not aware of my allergy to latex.

Love this place. Great hygienist he is incredible. Very good communication with the dentist. Front desk team customer service is phenomenal. And I loved how they are not pushing you to get cosmetic enhancements and upselling it's so annoying. I came for a cleaning and I got the best. Thank you so much Dental Options see you in October.
