Unfortunately, I had to wait an hour after my appointment before I was seen. To the credit of what seemed like the office manager, she made the effort to communicate with me regarding the delay. The technician was very gentle and considerate and took a moment to answer my questions and commend my dental hygiene routine. Not a bad visit. Hopefully, wait wont be so long next time.
